Our Daceyville facility is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to work across AM. PM and Night shifts.

What You'll Do:

- Carry out initial and ongoing assessment, planning, and management of nursing care for residents
- Develop personal care plans to ensure residents' individual needs are identified and met, and monitor any changes in care plans
- Participate in quarterly care plan evaluations, or more frequently as needed
- Ensure all documentation required for quality care is prepared, maintained, monitored, evaluated, and up to date in accordance with SCC policies and procedures
- Ensure completion and accuracy of all ACFI claims
