We are seeking a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Sales / Receptionist to join our busy Tyrepower and mechanical workshop. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in the automotive industry and wants to develop their customer service and sales skills in a hands-on workshop environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with tyre and automotive enquiries while supporting the day-to-day operation of the workshop.

Key responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Book vehicles in for tyres, servicing, repairs and mechanical work
- Provide customers with information and quotes for tyres and automotive services
- Assist with tyre and automotive sales
- Process invoices, payments and customer bookings
- Coordinate customer vehicles with mechanics and workshop staff
- Contact customers regarding vehicle updates, completed work and recommendations




- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Assist with general reception and administrative duties

About you

- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
- Confident answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries
- Sales-focused with a genuine interest in helping customers
- A strong communicator and team player
- Willing to learn about tyres, mechanical services and automotive products
- Able to work independently while also supporting the workshop team
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail sales, automotive or administration is desirable but not essential
