The Opportunity

Every excellent day at Sea World starts with a warm welcome. We're looking for a passionate and guest-focused individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Service Host, helping create memorable experiences for guests throughout their visit.

As a key part of our front of house team, you’ll be the friendly, welcoming face guests meet at our Guest Services Office, Animal Adventure Centre and Reception Desk, helping set the scene for an unforgettable visit from the moment they arrive.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced, fun filled theme park environment and has the flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster between 8.30am and 6.30pm, including weekends, school holidays and the occasional evening event.

You’ll share your knowledge of our attractions, products and experiences, all while delivering warm, professional service that makes every guest feel truly special.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering telephone, email and face to face enquiries
- Assisting lost and found enquiries in accordance with set procedures
- Processing Animal Adventure bookings and ticket upgrades




- Conducting VIP escorts and park familiarizations
- Handling feedback or complaints and solving or following up in accordance with set procedure
- Conducting Main Reception duties including answering switchboard calls, mail/courier processing, daily reporting of park operations etc.
- Responding and participating in emergency situations when required, in line with policy and procedures
- Providing thorough knowledge of all Village Roadshow Theme Parks properties

What We’re Looking For

- A current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate is required, or willing to obtain this qualification prior to commencement
- Well-developed organizational skills and strong administrative skills
- Previous reception experience with communication systems and/or switchboard experience
- A positive, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- A professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service
- Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Must be available to work a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, school holidays and evening functions
