Done And Dusted Cleaning And Maintenance Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and thorough Cleaner – Residential & Commercial Cleaning to join our growing team on a Casual basis. This is a casual position based in Mildura VIC 3500 , offering flexibility for those looking for part-time or variable hours work. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across both residential and commercial properties, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and a clean, welcoming environment. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering quality results consistently.

What you'll be doing

Performing thorough cleaning of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and outdoor spaces

Conducting commercial cleaning duties across offices, retail spaces, warehouses and other business facilities

Using appropriate cleaning equipment, tools and chemical products safely and effectively

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces to high standards

Emptying waste bins and managing refuse disposal appropriately

Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting when stock is running low

Liaising professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and preferences

Respecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality within residential and commercial properties

Following health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised workspace

Working independently and managing time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes

What we're looking for

Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning environments





Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards

Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day

Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to adhere to scheduled cleaning appointments

Strong work ethic and professional attitude towards clients and team members

Knowledge of appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Positive communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Valid working rights in Australia

Preferably, experience with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques
