Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

The Thermoforming Associate position is a hands‑on manufacturing role responsible for operating, forming, and finishing thermoformed plastic components in accordance with quality, safety, and production standards. This position supports a rapid‑paced manufacturing environment and requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Operate thermoforming equipment to produce plastic components in accordance with established specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
- Perform finishing operations using hand‑held tools to trim, cut, or modify formed parts
- Conduct quality inspections and identify defects, escalating concerns as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine or process issues
- Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks per schedule and documented procedures




- Accurately complete required documentation and production records
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S/housekeeping standards)
- Assist with training or onboarding of team members as directed
- Meet assigned production schedules and required departmental hours
- Other duties as assigned to support operations

- Ability to safely operate industrial manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work in a high‑heat, high‑noise manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience in a production environment

Physical Demands

- Standing or walking for up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequent reaching, grasping, bending, and twisting
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Good vision required for inspection and safe operation of equipment
- Manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to elevated or cold temperatures
- Noise levels are typically loud
- PPE is required at all times in designated areas
