Workingaspartofafriendlyandenergeticteam,you’llsupportcustomersfromtheirinitialenquirythroughtobookingandbeyond.

- Helpingcustomerswithbookings,amendmentsandgeneralquestions
- Deliveringawarm,friendlyandprofessionalcustomerexperience
- Takingownershipofqueriesandseeingthemthroughtoresolution
- Processingbookingsandpayments
- Keepingcustomerandbookinginformationaccurateanduptodate
- UpdatingCRMandinternalsystems
- Followingupwithcustomerswhererequired
- Supportingvoucherandgiftingadministration
- Assistingwithstockcontrolforproductsavailabletocustomers
- Workingcloselywithsales,marketingandoperationalcolleagues
- Helpingidentifywaystomakethecustomerjourneyevenbetter
