Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Medical Receptionist to join the Bayside region reception team, this will include clinics such as Hampton, Mentone, Moorabbin, Clayton, Glen Waverley and Mount Waverley. This part‑time role is available as a fixed‑term contract for 12 months, working every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm.

What will you be doing?

- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings,



cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Our Ideal Candidate

- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
