An exciting chance for Front office superstar for the Bell Captain (Porter & Valet Attendants Supervisor) has just become available. This role is vital to the first impressions of the hotel. As a Bell Captain, your responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Meeting and greeting all guests at most courteous and efficient service

Have a detailed knowledge of what's on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements





Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotel’s total revenue targets

Live and breathe our brand standards, be the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)

A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities

Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays

About you:

At least 1 year of experienceas Supervisor in Front Office in 4 to 5 star hotel

Full NSW Drivers Licence

Have full time work right in Australia

Ability to work rotating roster including evening shifts, weekend and Public Holidays

Part Time opportunity:

We are open to discuss Part Time Opportunity (22.5 hrs to 30 hrs/week) for the right candidate.
