New Wave Cleaning Co is looking for two new team members to join our growing team!

We’re a family-owned business that genuinely cares about our staff, our clients and the work we do. We pride ourselves on building great relationships, delivering a high-quality professional service and creating a positive team environment where everyone feels supported.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role involves cleaning residential homes Monday to Friday — we don’t work weekends!

- 3–5 days per week
- Approximately 8 hours per working day (some days will be less)
- Start and finish times vary depending on your daily roster
- Operating hours are generally between 7am–5pm
- Weekly roster provided in advance
- All staff work in pairs
- Happy to work with you if you’re looking for more consistent days/hours

WHAT WE OFFER

- All cleaning equipment and products provided
- Fuel allowance paid per working day , in addition to your hourly rate
- Work across the Mornington Peninsula and South-East suburbs of Melbourne




- Full training provided — no previous cleaning experience required
- Supportive and friendly team workplace
- No weekend work
- Closed on all public holidays

Previous cleaning experience is definitely an advantage, but it’s not essential. What matters most to us is a friendly, reliable and willing-to-learn attitude.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is available 3–5 days per week
- Has reliable transport and a current driver’s licence
- Has a reliable smartphone
- Has strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in their work
- Is reliable and punctual
- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Is available during school holidays
