What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and cooking ramen, toppings and side dishes
- Following established recipes and kitchen procedures
- Maintaining consistency in food quality and presentation
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with stock organisation
- Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting the team during busy lunch and dinner periods

What We're Looking For





- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or rapid-paced hospitality environment, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important to us.
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
- Able to follow recipes and procedures consistently
- A good team player
- Willing to learn and take on responsibility
- Available across a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Experience in Japanese cuisine is helpful but not essential.
