Based at Sydney Domestic Airport, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting recent people, working in a vibrant retail environment and delivering outstanding service to customers on the move. As a Full-Time Retail Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating engaging customer interactions, driving sales performance and ensuring every customer receives the premium Oxford experience. You will be a key brand ambassador, representing Oxford with energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for fashion.

Key responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Oxford brand

Engage with customers, understand their needs and provide personalised styling advice

Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Support stock management, replenishment and daily store operations

Create a positive and energetic team environment

About you

Previous retail sales experience, ideally within fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or customer-focused environments

A naturally engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers





Confidence achieving sales targets and contributing to team success

Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport retail environment

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining brand presentation standards

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and early morning or evening shifts as required

A genuine interest in fashion and helping customers feel their best
