Trades Assistants x 2 (some electrical experience would be an advantage)

An Australian engineering company that designs and builds products on Sydney’s North Shore. An innovative organisation with a large order book for 2026/27.

We're seeking 2 highly motivated individuals to support a team of skilled trades professionals and engineers in an active production plant.

Responsibilities

- A manufacturer that designs and builds niche equipment
- Assisting in the setup and operation of machinery
- Build and modify electrical products (training provided)
- Follow a formal training path created by the company
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Performing manual labor tasks as required
- Adhering to safety procedures
- Must be able to start at 7am, 8 hours days + Over Time

Requirements

- Physical dexterity and the ability to follow a plan
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
