We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Van Courier Delivery Drivers to complete local parcel deliveries throughout Toowoomba and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working within a supportive team environment.
No prior courier experience No problem. Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive 2-week buddy training program, riding alongside an experienced driver who will provide hands‑on support, guidance, and coaching. You ll continue working with your buddy driver until you feel confident and comfor performing the role independently. This structured training program ensures you are set up for success day one.
Initially offered on a casual basis, this position provides consistent Monday to Friday work during the busy peak season, with the possibility of ongoing employment beyond December for the right candidates.

- Deliver general parcel freight throughout Toowoomba and surrounding areas
- Complete multi- delivery runs safely and efficiently
- Maintain communication throughout your shift in line with operational procedures
- Load and unload parcels and freight by hand
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
Skills & Experience
- Previous delivery driving or courier experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Toowoomba and surrounding areas
- Ability to work Monday to Friday on a consistent basis
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Commitment to workplace safety
