We're looking for an experienced Lash & Brow Artist to join the VELT Beauty team. This is a permanent part-time position, with the opportunity to progress to full-time for the right person.

Hours can range from approximately 20–35 hours per week, depending on your availability, experience, services you offer and what works best for you.

This role is suited to an artist who is already confident working with clients and wants to become part of a supportive, qualified team for the long term. This is an experienced artist position and is not suitable for trainees.

Key responsibilities

- Classic, Hybrid and Volume eyelash extensions
- Brow waxing and shaping
- Brow tinting and hybrid brow dye
- Brow lamination
- Spray tanning
- Providing personalised consultations and recommendations to clients
- Maintaining a high standard of service, cleanliness and client care
- Creating beautiful, consistent results that clients want to come back for

About you

- Has previous professional experience as a lash and brow artist
- Is confident performing the services listed above, or has strong experience across the majority of them
- Takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the quality of their results
- Has great attention to detail
- Is warm, friendly and confident with clients
- Can work independently while also being a positive team member
- Is open to feedback and always looking to improve
- Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their presentation
- Wants to build a long-term career within a team, rather than looking for a short-term or fill-in position
- Must be available to work 2 late nights per week but option for flexible days (eg.



work 4 longer days for a 3 day weekend, or 5 spread out work days, starting earlier or later, etc).
- Option for casual instead of part time if more suited to you.
