This role is available from October through to the end of January, supporting Aurora Spa during our busy summer season. For the right applicant, subsidised staff accommodation may be available, creating an exciting opportunity for those looking to relocate to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

Key responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments and holistic therapies in a qualified and hygienic manner
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, health concerns and desired outcomes before each treatment
Maintain detailed client records and preferences to ensure personalised service on repeat visits
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and with all equipment and materials
Use appropriate products, oils,
aromatherapy elements and techniques to deliver treatments that exceed client expectations
Create a calm, welcoming and professional atmosphere that encourages relaxation and wellbeing
Respond professionally and courteously to client inquiries and concerns
Contribute to the overall success of the spa by adhering to scheduling requirements and maintaining punctuality
What we're looking for
Current certification or qualification in spa therapy, massage therapy, beauty therapy or a related therapeutic discipline recognised in Australia
Demonstrated experience delivering spa and beauty treatments in a professional spa or wellness environment
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, facial treatments and body therapies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued
Physical fitness and stamina to perform treatments throughout the day
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing client needs
First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
Experience with spa management software or booking systems is advantageous
