Selection Criteria:

- Understanding of and commitment to, the ethos and mission of Catholic Education.
- Experience in an early childhood educational environment;
- Demonstrated flexibility, empathy and compassion in supporting the diverse needs of students.
- The ability to work effectively with individual students and small groups to support their academic, social and emotional development
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills,



with the ability to work collaboratively and build positive professional relationships as part of a dedicated teaching team.
- A positive, professional, team-oriented educator who demonstrates a cooperative and collaborative approach, values feedback and is committed to continual skilled growth.

Qualifications Required:

- Diploma of Early Childhood in Education and Care (or working towards);
- Accreditation to work in a Catholic school (or willingness to work towards).
