Kick-start your business career with our exciting Business Management Graduate Programme, launching in September 2027. Over two dynamic years, you’ll build hands-on experience through core rotations in Commercial and Sourcing, alongside specialist elective placements in areas such as Business Development, Compliance, Finance and more. - Robust numeracy and literacy skills, comfortable working with data and numbers.
- Business acumen and problem-solving prowess, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Confident communicator, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
- Predicted or achieved a 2.1 or higher in any degree discipline within the last two years.
- Degrees in related fields such as Business, Law, Economics, Maths or Finance are advantageous but not essential.
- Share and demonstrate the Martin‑Baker values.
