Northern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a casual Duty Manager to lead daily aquatic operations at our St Arnaud facility. You will supervise patrons, ensure water safety, and uphold high standards of service and presentation.

You will handle incidents, support staff, conduct safety checks, manage entries and kiosks, and assist Learn to Swim and events. A Lifeguard and First Aid background is essential, with ARC resuscitation and Pool Operators Course required.
