Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Worker, you will:





- Provide person-centred care that supports residents' wellbeing and independence
- Follow individualised care plans with compassion and attention to detail
- Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Identify and promptly report any hazards, incidents, or changes in resident condition

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate III in Aged Care
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
