Mercy Aged And Community Care in Mentone, VIC is seeking care workers to provide person-centred support for residents in an aged care setting. You will assist with personal care, mobility, feeding and hydration, and help maintain a clean living area under nurse guidance.

Role requires compassion, confidentiality, and adherence to infection control protocols using PPE. Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support is required, with NDIS clearance often needed.
