VMCH is seeking a Coffee Van Cafe All Rounder / Disability Support Worker in Kensington and on the Mobile Coffee Van. You will provide high‑quality support to participants, coaching hospitality skills and confidence while delivering excellent coffee and a welcoming experience.
As a casual role, you'll travel between the Kensington cafe and the mobile van, with shifts on weekdays and occasional weekends. It combines disability support with hands‑on hospitality and customer service.
