Hanashi Izakaya in Melbourne is seeking a Part-Time / Casual Japanese Cuisine Chef to join our team. Nights only, roughly 3:30 PM to 10 PM or later, 2–4 days per week.

This role offers an opportunity to grow within a warm, friendly team and progress toward a full-time position when available. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Japanese cuisine/kitchen operations, remains calm during busy service, and brings a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
