About the Role

We're seeking Process Operators to join a high-performingproduction team in a continuous manufacturing environment. This role is idealfor candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, processing,warehousing, FMCG, timber, food production, assembly, or similar industrialenvironments.

You'll play a key role in monitoring production processes,maintaining product quality, managing materials, and ensuring productiontargets are achieved safely and efficiently.

No plasterboard experience? No problem. Full training isprovided,



and experience from other manufacturing environments is highlytransferable.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor automated production processes
- Maintain product quality through regular inspections and testing
- Prepare and manage raw materials to support continuous production
- Complete production, quality, and process documentation accurately
- Assist with production changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns
- Operate forklifts and move materials as required
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe workplace
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Champion a strong safety culture and follow all site procedures

Your Profile

- Current Forklift Licence with at least 12 months operatingexperience
- Experience in production, processing, manufacturing, warehousing, or asimilar environment
- Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts as part of a 4 on, 4 off roster
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
