Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Sydney team. You will support the Guest Services group with daily operations, be the go-to expert on the hotel and local area, and ensure travellers receive friendly, genuine service.

You will handle enquiries, verify and adjust billing where needed, and build lasting relationships to encourage future bookings. This full time on-site role requires familiarity with OPERA or similar PMS, relevant guest services experience, and
