Brisbane Isuzu, Archerfield is currently seeking to employ a highly motivated individual to support our great sales team as a Sales Administration Assistant.
To be successful, you will be:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced computer skills – we will train you on our internal software and systems
Superior customer focus with both internal and external customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to recognise, analyse and resolve problems
Confidence to hold conversations with customers as support to the Sales Team

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Supporting the Fleet and Government Sales Department in all administrative aspects of the business to ensure quality, care and attention is maintained
Assist customers between the initial sale and the final vehicle hand over and co-ordinate delivery processes according to customer requirements
Assist with producing quotes, contracts, invoices, registration paperwork, vehicle checks and build schedules
Assist with inbound and outbound communications with key stakeholders including customers and suppliers
Assist with final vehicle inspection by using a checklist to ensure vehicle is built as requested

An admin based role along with a physical component where you will complete small to large truck inspections via walk around and cab interior inspection
