Bloom Hearing Specialists in Queensland is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for a casual role. You will engage with customers by phone, email, and in person, schedule hearing assessments, and guide clients through our range of hearing devices.

This position requires 2+ years in retail or allied health customer service, strong computer literacy, and a team-oriented spirit. Travel to clinics across Queensland is required, with ongoing training and professional development provided.
