To continue providing our superior customer service we need to expand our Customer Service Team which operates from our Brookvale Office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
We are offering:
A full time permanent Customer Service Team Member position (with an initial 6 month probation period)
37.5 hours (either 8am – 4pm OR 9am – 5pm, reliant on the role) Monday to Friday
Duties include-
- Processing purchase orders,
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Invoicing, credits and returns
Skills and experience
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Products (Outlook/Excel/Word)
- Knowledge of Myob/Exo systems an advantage
- Keyboard skills is beneficial
- Passion to learn
- Ability to work independently, within a team
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and varied setting
