The Reject Shop Ltd. is seeking a store leader to run a full store floor operation with a team of 10 to 15, hands-on and on the floor, not from an office. If you enjoy leading by doing and thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment, this role is for you.
You'll manage a floor team, handle service, stock, standards, and lead by example. Previous discount-variety experience isn't required; training will be provided as part of our growing global model.
