Northcott is seeking a Casual Support Worker to support its Skills 4 Life, Life Skills, Work & Study, and Adult Recreation Programs across Hornsby, North Rocks, and North Parramatta. You will help customers build independence, participate in day programs, and develop current skills with person-centred support and safe practices.
Flexibility with shifts around 8:00 am–5:00 pm and access to salary packaging (up to $15,900 for rent/mortgage and $2,650 for meals/entertainment) plus Perkbox and wellness
