HealthX is seeking 5 Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work in an aged care facility in Broulee NSW. These positions are full time contract positions OVER A 48 month term (4 years) commencing in November 2026. Located in Broulee NSW 2537.
Hourly rate of between $32 -$37 plus shift allowances and super - paid in accordance to the Aged Care Award Full time fixed term

- To provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents
- To implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation
- To comply with all Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements entered into.
- Communicating to the RN/Team leader any changes observed in residents.
- Provide appropriate care to residents
- Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care programs.
- Foster valuable working relationships with everyone on the team.
- A commitment to delivering quality care.
To be successful in the role the suitable applicant will be/have
- Experience working in aged care is highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Empathy and an emphasis of treating others with dignity and respect
- Reliability and punctuality
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across all shifts (day, afternoon, nights) 38 hours per week/76 hours per fortnight.
