Australian Health Elevation Services Pty Ltd – Merrylands NSW is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist NDIS participants, with a focus on Parkinson's Disease. You will provide personal care, mobility support, medication prompting, and community access following care plans.

Requirements include Certificate III/IV in relevant fields, Parkinson's experience, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and at least 1 year in disability/aged care; driver’s licence preferred.
