Second Class Mig Welders

Virginia

$45 per hour casual

Temp to Perm.

Hours 6am-2:00pm Mon-Fri or 5:30am-2pm Mon-Thu 5:30am-9:30am Fri

We're expanding our fabrication team based in Virginia specialising in scaffolding products.

If you're a skilled pipe welder or worked in the scaffolding industry doing Mild steel welding looking for consistent workshop-based work.

This role starts on a casual basis with consistent full-time hours and offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent position for the right person.

What the Role Involves

This is a hands-on workshop-based pipe welding and fabrication role, producing high-quality pipework and structural components for the scaffolding industry building projects for the construction industry You'll be part of a structured, trade-led team where safety, quality,



and workmanship matter.

You'll be involved in:

- Mild steel Mig welding
- Fabricating and welding pipes and non-pressure pipe work
- Some fabricating and welding of structural members and plate work
- Reading and interpreting, fabrication drawings, and engineering specifications
- Working alongside pipefitters, boilermakers, and workshop supervisors to deliver quality fabrication outcomes
- Maintaining high welding standards and attention to detail
- Contributing to a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment
