Delaware North Australia & Current Zealand is seeking a Commis Chef to join Lizard Island Resort. You will work with senior chefs in a high-volume kitchen to prepare dishes that contribute to a premium guest experience.
The role requires a Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety certificate (or willingness to obtain on onboarding), plus proven kitchen experience in an a’la carte setting.
