Hearing Australia is hiring a Casual Medical Receptionist to support clients at Broadmeadows, Gisborne, Melton and Sunbury locations. You’ll greet clients, manage counter and phone inquiries, and perform general administration including bookings, claims processing, data entry and monthly reports.
The role includes an initial two-week full time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm) to support onboarding requirements. You’ll assist clinicians and help clients with hearing care needs.
