We are currently seeking a dedicated team member for a part-time cleaning role, servicing both the Lidcombe Training Depot .

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent and independent part-time hours while working alongside an experienced team.

Available shifts & hours:

Monday - Friday

4 hours daily between 8:00am and 4:00pm

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning and maintaining client properties to exceptional standards
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting all areas
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic zones
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained
- Adhering to strict health, safety, and security protocols
- Providing outstanding customer service

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner who take pride in their work. Because this location is a strictly regulated Australian Defence site, there are specific mandatory requirements for this role.

The ideal candidate must have:

- Australian Citizenship: This is a strict, mandatory requirement for entry onto these Defence sites.
- ADF Background Check: Willingness to undergo and pass an Australian Defence Force background check.
- Transport: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential, we provide paid training to all candidates after commencement).
- Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, alongside strong time management and organisational skills.
- Attitude: A professional, trustworthy, and punctual demeanour.
