Our story. It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more and knew that people with disabilities could have more independence, choice, and control in their lives. The Hireup purpose was born, and now we strive to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking experienced and resilient Support Workers in the Bligh Park area to provide dedicated care for a client with complex behavioural needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating challenging behaviours, utilising non-restrictive strategies, be active and enjoy physical activities, and be willing to spend time building rapport and a trusting professional relationship with the client.

Experience with behavioural support is a must!

Desirable experience and qualifications include:

- Supporting children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or similar
- Certificate 3 or higher in disability care or similar
- Supporting clients who may abscond or, at times of escalation, may be aggressive

Must have the following documents:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Full First Aid




- Working with Children Check

Monday, Thursday, and possibly Friday - 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm (days can be flexible for the right candidate)
