City of Stirling is seeking a motivated Facility Hire Officer to join the Recreation & Leisure Services team on a casual basis. You will coordinate bookings across community facilities, answer enquiries, and be the first point of contact for hirers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service across Stirling Leisure venues.
You will work with community groups and internal stakeholders, maintain records in booking and finance systems, and help maximise access to City facilities
