Fernwood Epping and Preston are on the hunt for a sales superstar — someone who’s ready to help grow both clubs and be part of Preston’s exciting relocation journey.

What you’ll be doing

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you are responsible for driving membership growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll manage incoming enquiries, book and conduct club tours, complete needs analyses, and present tailored membership options. A key focus is achieving monthly sales and retention targets through consistent use of brand‑aligned sales strategies, scripts, and CRM tools.

You’ll build strong relationships with prospects and members, encourage referrals, and engage in community lead‑generation activities, including networking with local businesses. Daily evaluation of sales reports, solution‑based selling, and proactive self‑management are essential. Ongoing development is supported through webinars and state‑based sales training.



You'll also get the opportunity to deliver small group strength and conditioning sessions if you have the qualifications.

What we’re looking for

You’re a woman with a positive, hands‑on, can‑do attitude and a genuine passion for women’s health and fitness. You bring at least 12 months of proven face‑to‑face sales experience, along with outstanding interpersonal skills that help you connect and build relationships quickly. You’re enthusiastic about achieving targets, confident in identifying sales and service opportunities, and naturally driven to support the growth of the club through strong sales focus and member engagement.
