What we're looking for:
Pickers:
Previous experience picking Berries is ESSENTIAL
Able to work rapid and efficiently
Can commit to seasonal work
Hold a valid Australian Forklift Licence
Previous experience operating a Forklift is ESSENTIAL
What's on offer:
Ongoing seasonal work for suitable candidates
Eligible for 2nd and 3rd year Working Holiday Visa (WHV 417/462) 88-day extensions.
Pay Rates:
Pickers: Piece rate payment (to be confirmed) with minimum wage guarantee, in accordance with the Horticulture Award ($32.18 - $33.05 per hour, depending on experience).
Forklift Operators: $33.55 an hour, inaccordance with the Horticulture Award
Working hours may vary depending on weather and crop conditions
Applicants must be currently residing in Australia and hold valid Australian working rights.
