Trainee and Certificate 3 Educators Wanted – Join Our Amazing Team!

We’re looking for a passionate trainee and a Certificate 3 educator to join our friendly, supportive centre at Kids Club Clarence St. In this role, you will help deliver a high-quality educational program while creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, confident, and valued.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in preparing materials and equipment for children’s activities, ensuring safe, engaging learning environments

- Manage children’s behaviour and social development through positive guidance, emotional support, and respectful communication

- Plan and conduct educational and recreational experiences that promote learning, creativity, and physical development

- Entertain and engage children through storytelling, games, and play-based learning

- Supervise children during routines and outdoor play to ensure safety and wellbeing

- Support children’s hygiene and personal care, while teaching independence and healthy habits

- Build strong relationships with families and work collaboratively with the team
