Cater Care is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team across Australian operations. This permanent part-time role (approx. 28 hours per week) offers hybrid work and flexible schedule, with potential to grow into a full-time position.
You'll partner with leaders to navigate performance matters, investigations, grievances and industrial instruments, and you'll review ER/IR policies to strengthen our people practices. This is a role that balances expertise with flexibility.
