The Role – Care Service Employee (Casual) | TurramurraNSW
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Service Employees to join our team on a casual basis in Turramurra. Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts is essential.
As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team,
you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents. You will provide person-centred care and support, assist with daily living activities, and promote residents' emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. Every day, you'll have the chance to build meaningful connections and make a genuine difference in the lives of older people.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care including showering
- Supporting residents with meals
- Contributing to care planning with registered staff
- Documenting care and services provided to residents
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities
