Looking for a full-time role with great pay, paid training and a long weekend every second week?
We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for positive, reliable people to join us as Customer Service Assistants .
No previous experience is required. If you’re confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude and are ready to learn, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training , ongoing coaching and plenty of support to help you succeed.
Coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales? Your skills could transfer well. Or, if you’re simply ready for a fresh start, we’d still love to hear from you.
What’s On Offer

- Speaking with existing supporters
- Having positive and professional conversations
- Building rapport and creating a positive experience

- Working alongside a friendly and supportive team
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous experience to apply. We’re looking for people who are:
- Positive, reliable and professional
- Confident speaking with different people
- Transparent and friendly communicators
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willing to learn and take on feedback
- Ready to bring a strong work ethic each day
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales can be helpful, but it’s not essential .
That means every second Friday off , giving you a long weekend every second week .
