We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Storeperson to join our Trinity Petroleum Operations team in Cairns .

If you enjoy practical work, keeping things organised, getting out and about with deliveries and providing great service to customers, this could be a great fit.

This is a varied role where no two days will necessarily look the same. You’ll help keep our lubricant store running smoothly through stock management, warehousing, customer orders, deliveries and general operational support — all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and service.

What you’ll do

- Receive, store, pick and dispatch lubricant products accurately and efficiently.

- Complete lubricant and packaged product deliveries to customers across the local area.

- Load and unload stock safely, including operation of a forklift.

- Process customer orders, invoices, delivery dockets, stock transfers and associated documentation.

- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with monthly stocktakes and investigation of stock variances .

- Provide friendly, responsive service to customers via phone, email and face‑to‑face.

- Help identify opportunities to support and grow lubricant sales through great customer relationships.

- Keep the warehouse, depot, vehicles and equipment clean, organised and maintained to a high standard.

- Complete required vehicle, trailer, depot and safety inspections.

- Provide operational support across the broader team, including Marlin Marina refuelling facility coverage as required .





- Follow all safety, environmental and operational procedures and contribute to a safe workplace every day.

What you’ll bring

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to stock, orders and documentation .

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

- Confidence using computers and systems to process orders and maintain accurate records.

- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and getting things done.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit operations team.

- A strong commitment to safety, compliance and following procedures .

- Experience in warehousing, stores, logistics, fuel, lubricants or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.

- A current Queensland Manual Driver Licence .

- A current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence .

- A current High Risk Work Licence – LF (Forklift) .
