Join the Smoke Alarms Australia team as a Customer Services Officer for our local customer service team based in Chatswood. You will be responsible for working with our customers to deliver an outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

- Work as part of the Agency Services team to achieve individual KPI's & customer SLAs as assigned
- Manage inbound and outbound telephonic and SMS communications efficiently and effectively for tenant enquiries including callbacks for the local team
- Work in internal systems for inbound helpdesk and other written communication so that all enquiries are actioned within the desired timeframes
- Create work orders into the database system
- Investigation and resolution of customer queries
- Multitask with high attention to detail, ensuring that all outstanding tasks are completed within Smoke Alarms Australia's procedures
- Build rapport with Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Landlords and Smoke Alarms Australia Technicians
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction




- Work to a high standard and be hands on

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid computer knowledge

- Moderate level of negotiation skills
