Endeavour Foundation is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker specialising in Mental Health to engage in active support, helping clients live independently and achieve their plan goals in our SIL home at Dicky Beach.
You will support daily living skills, personal care, budgeting, meals and community activities, with adaptable shifts (including overnights and weekends) and a commitment to privacy, dignity and respect for every person we support.
