About the Role:

Echuca Regional Health is seeking motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community/ Outpatient Allied Health team.

This is a great opportunity to further develop your clinical expertise, contribute within a multidisciplinary environment, and play an active role in supporting and mentoring junior staff.

This department provides solid opportunities for career growth, with scope for future progression into more specialised roles.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintain a specialist clinical caseload aligned with department services, including advanced practice roles where appropriate, and provide expert consultation on clinical matters.
- Lead and support the clinical development of staff and students through supervision, mentoring, and promotion of evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to departmental operations, including workload distribution, service coordination, and care planning across Physiotherapy program areas.
- Support the Manager in service planning, quality improvement initiatives, and administrative functions to enhance departmental performance.

Qualifications/experience required:





- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with AHPRA registration
- Strong organisational, clinical reasoning, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in inter-professional teams.
- Proven commitment to person-centred care, quality improvement, professional development, and supervision of junior staff and students.
- Commitment to quality, safety, innovation and ERH CARE values.
