Novotel Sydney Darling Square, part of Accor, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead day-to-day procurement for the hotel. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will source, negotiate and manage food, beverage and hotel supplies while building robust supplier relationships.
You will monitor stock levels, optimise costs, and collaborate with Culinary, Housekeeping and Front Office to meet operational needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
