Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to supportthe AMP account, responsible for the configuration, enhancement, and ongoingsupport of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem,Change,



Request and Service Catalogue.

- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules,Client Scripts and UI Policies.

- Support CMDB, including CI data quality, relationships, and ongoingmaintenance.

- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub and MIDServer.

- Perform platform administration, troubleshooting and production support.

- Support platform upgrades, releases, testing and continuous improvementinitiatives.

- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements anddeliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and change-managementstandards.
