About the role:

- On site 5 days a week
- Lead the asset through the DLP phase.
- Liaise with all areas of staff within the building to ensure the asset is run with ease and to the highest standard




- Ensure compliance with WHS & Environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work setting
- Manage superior relationships with authorities, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Coordinate and supervise internal maintenance teams, maximizing efficiency through effective scheduling and resource allocation
- Engage and effectively liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships that foster trust and a sense of community

About you:

- Have an excellent eye for detail. Ensure the building is kept presentable and in line with owner standards
- Have a strong customer service background
- Be well-presented and able to communicate effectively
- Able to build strong tenant relationships and be the face of the asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and with little regular guidance
- Demonstrated history able to hire, lead and develop a team
